Me, Myself & I

Hi, my name’s Asif, I’m 30 year’s old and I am an accountant by profession. Ive been running my own business since 2005, and totally love my work. Some would say I’m a workaholic, but i definately don’t think so, considering the amount of time i spend doing all the other things I enjoy in life. I have a deep interest in photography, which I have rapidly developed since purchasing my first digital SLR camera last year. Still learning how to use half the functions, but im finding it very interesting.

I drive way too fast and feel the road rage way to easily. I like to meet new people and enjoy hanging out with good friends. Love travelling, especially on adventure holidays. Exploring new places and sightseeing is a plus point for my holidays in comparison to sitting on the beach for a week.

Football has always been a huge part of my life. I’m a die-hard Liverpool FC supporter, the greatest game of my life being the 3-3 draw with AC Milan in Istanbul, 2005. We won that game on penalties and brought the European Crown back to Anfield. I could talk about Liverpool all day long, so dont get me started on that.

I like to play football, cricket, and golf. New gadgets and technology always catch my interest. My iPhone has taken over my life in the past year. It is one piece of technology I couldnt live without… although if I was on a desert island I guess it would be of no use to me…once the battery runs out.

I enjoy watching movies, especially horror movies; Saw comes to mind. Action and adventure is always good too. My favorite movie ever has got to be Terminator 2 – Judgement Day. Enjoy tv shows too, like Prison Break, Heroes, Lost, and my all-time favorite – 24. Amazing Amazing and Amazing. Every episode is packed with action and suspense, makes the heart beat as you hear the clock count forward. And I think ill stop obsessing over 24 right here…

Well, I haven’t really done much blogging before so hopefully ill have some interesting stuff to write about. I’m very active on facebook and twitter so you can catch up with my status updates there. You can also view my photography shots by clicking on Photography on the left.  I guess this blog is going to focus on randomness. Just things that go on in my life, things I like, things I have an interest in, things I dislike?. A blog all about my activities, thoughts, inspiration, ideas, and everything that happens around me.
